Since Erin and I will be in DC for Valentine's Day, we decided to have a romantic night in tonight, and we're about to have one of my favorite things in the world: chocolate fondu! I am SO EXCITED!
My wife makes things look so pretty :) I'm really looking forward to my chocolate-induced coma :) Gotta go! PS even though this says posted by Erin, Jeff really posted it :) I forgot to log in as Jeff because I'm so excited!

OK, I actually need to know how to make chocolate fondu for a get together this weekend! What kind of chocolate do you use? Do you add anything else? Please help, Erin! :)

I just searched AllRecipes.com or Epicurious.com to find fondu recipes. This one I used chocolate chips, a little bit of cream, and some rum! Yummy! Next time I would use milk chocolate chips to make it a tad sweeter. There's special "fondu chocolate" out there, but honestly you don't need it. Just regular chocolate chips will do the trick!
How sweet... And you do make all the fruit and stuff look pretty!
